Home > Special Forces Training > SF Helocast Training One means of Special Forces infiltration is "helocasting" or dropping from a helicopter into the water (whether a lake or ocean). Once dropped into the water the Special Forces Soldier would continue his infiltration via rubber boat or surface swim to shore - and then conduct his mission.
